Our dental clinic understands that your time is important. We aim to see patients on time, so we encourage you to allow plenty of travel time to avoid disappointment of re-scheduling late arrivals.
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible (minimum 24 hours), so that we can offer a cancelled appointment to a patient on standby who may be in urgent need of treatment.
Our practice uses SMS text messaging to remind patients of appointments to your mobile. A “YES” reply will confirm your appointment, or to re-schedule please phone the clinic on (03) 9370 9118.
Please note: The SMS service integrates with an external server and a limited “YES” response is configured back to our software.
If an appointment is unavailable at a time that suits you, we can arrange to place your contact details and preferred times on a standby list and call you as soon as a cancellation becomes available.
Full payment on the day of treatment is practice policy. It is our policy to provide treatment plan quotations if you require more than one appointment. As such you can plan your appointments to suit your needs as best as possible. We accept payment by cash, credit card and EFTPOS. Hicaps Processing is available. If you have Private Health Insurance with Dental Cover, Please provide your card details to reception staff.
