MASON SQUARE DENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
While we endeavour to provide patients with a courtesy reminder for their appointments, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember the appointment time.
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $200. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will incur a fee of up to $250
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all of our patients.
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation, in case waiving the fee is applicable.
